By accessing or using the services of Venture Forth, LLC ("we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

Venture Forth, LLC provides enterprise AI systems integration, architecture, deployment, and related consulting services. All services are provided subject to separate service agreements that will be executed between you and Venture Forth, LLC.

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Venture Forth, LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Upon completion of services and full payment, ownership of custom-developed AI systems and related deliverables will transfer to the client as specified in the applicable service agreement.

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all proprietary information shared during the course of our engagement. Specific confidentiality terms will be detailed in the applicable service agreement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Venture Forth, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Payment terms will be specified in the applicable service agreement. All fees are due as set forth in such agreements. Late payments may be subject to interest charges as specified in the service agreement.

Either party may terminate a service agreement in accordance with the terms specified in that agreement. Upon termination, all outstanding obligations and rights shall be governed by the terms of the service agreement.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Venture Forth, LLC is incorporated, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new Terms of Service on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.
